Instead of taking action in to something that could dramatically improve the productivity of the EU and literally save thousands of millions of Euros, the EU creates a stake-holder forum. This forum is comprised of several groups with a replica in each country of the EU, totalling dozens of working groups. Each group is composed of “subject matter experts” that only God knows how they where selected. Meanwhile, everybody is waiting to see what comes out of this exercise and doing nothing to deploy electronic invoicing in their organizations.

Is this really the best way to spend the money from our taxes?
